Members of the Concierge Medicine program can look forward to:

Easy Ways to Reach Your Physician Directly - As a member of the Concierge Medicine program, you'll receive a direct number to call your physician for urgent after-hours communication.

Preventive Wellness - Members receive an extended annual wellness exam that includes a thorough health review and supplementary testing customized to your unique heath needs.

Annual Nutritional Consultation – Received personalized nutritional guidance with a registered dietician who will meet with you each year to assist in optimizing your overall health.

Peace of Mind While Travelling - Members can access the program’s network of physicians if they need medical care while traveling.

Hospital Visits – Your Concierge physician will stay connected with the hospital physicians should you be admitted.

What happens if I choose not to enroll in the Concierge Medicine program?

Besides missing out on the program's beneficial perks, everything stays the same if you opt not to enroll. 

Why is my primary care physician not offering this program?

Physicians are not required to participate in the Concierge Medicine program. However, if you are interested in enrolling, you can express your interest to them or enroll with a provider currently offering the program to their patients. 

Do I have to pay my enrollment fee all at once?

The Concierge Medicine program allows for convenient monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment options. 

Is the Concierge Medicine program a replacement for insurance?

No, the Concierge Medicine program does not replace your health insurance. 

Does insurance cover enrollment?

Depending on your insurance coverage, enrollment may be covered by your HSA or FSA.
